Fragile non-Bloch spectrum and unconventional Green’s function
Published in arXiv preprint, 2024
This preprint studies an extreme form of spectral sensitivity in non-Hermitian systems with the skin effect. It shows that exponentially small boundary perturbations can strongly reshape the open-boundary spectrum, connects this fragility to unconventional V-shaped asymptotics in Green's functions, and identifies a real-to-complex spectral transition induced by tiny boundary effects.
